MissInfo.tv ? Interviews: Kendrick Lamar, T.I. and 50 Cent

?
Just last night, MTV crowned Kendrick Lamar the Hottest MC in the Game, and let?s face it, we all saw it coming ? except for Kendrick himself, it seems. The Black Hippy was in the MTV offices yesterday for what he thought was a normal RapFix interview, until host Sway went backstage to surprise him with the good news. ?That?s craaazy,? he responded, struggling to hide his joy.

Of course, the pair did actually knock out an interview, in which the Hottest MC discussed his Father?s early support of his dreams, how good kid, m.A.A.d city speaks for a generation, and shared a pretty cool story about working with Dr. Dre. Kendrick later gave a live performance of ?Poetic Justice,? which you can watch here.

Speaking to Rap-Up, T.I. revealed that he is ?60-70%? through his next album, Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown. He also hinted that ?Memories? could serve as the first single from the upcoming Hustle Gang compilation project, which he says will feature Travi$ Scott and Young Dro. Stay tuned for Tip?s ?Hello? video coming soon, followed by visuals for ?Gun & Roses? and ?Hallelujah.?

HYPETRAK caught up with 50 Cent at the G-Unit offices in Manhattan recently. In part one of their interview, Fif discusses his numerous business ventures and investments, compares Get Rich or Die Tryin? to his upcoming album, Street King Immortal, and touches on how hip-hop culture has changed over the years and why beef is essential. Meanwhile, in part two, 50 addresses overcoming adversity, today?s hipster rappers and the fickle nature of the industry.
